A spin on our classic collard tacos, we took our ultra-nutritious collard leaf shell and filled it with an Asian-inspired medley of wild-rice, edamame, carrots, crunchy apples, sweet raisins, sunflower seeds, alfalfa sprouts, house-made hummus, delicious house-made basil vinaigrette, and house-made carrot-ginger dressing!
