Eat to Beat Anxiety

Feeling anxious? Let food be your medicine. There are many plant-based foods that provide the healing properties your brain and body need to cope and even more importantly, prevent anxiety. In today's busy world, especially in big cities like New York, and Washington D.C., life can get pretty crazy. Today we’d like to highlight a few of our favorite healthy foods that we use in many of our dishes that have healing properties. 

Blueberries - Blueberries are more than just delicious, they are also nutrient-dense and their health benefits are off the charts!
