Fruitive employee seasonal recipe competition
Each recipe must include at least 2 seasonal ingredients, including one from Fruitive Eat Seasonal Graphic, and 1 from FreshFarm Local Seasonal (June, July, August) graphic and 1 byproduct (a byproduct is any item typically wasted throughout the day or at the end of the day, i.e. bread ends, juice pulp, fresh cut ingredients from the salad bar).
Recipes must be developed by on employee’s own time and with employee’s own purchased ingredients, unless ingredient is proprietary Fruitive ingredient, such as Pesto Mayo, Cashew Cheese, or byproduct saved from the waste bin. Must have manager’s approval to bring home ingredients for recipe development.
Recipes may be submitted starting on April 15th. Recipes must be submitted by midnight on April 30, 2019. Winners will be announced May 15th, 2019. Recipes will be judged by a panel including select Fruitive customers. Prizes and more information coming soon!
