Hail to the kale

Hail to the Kale is an awe-inspiring kale salad that tastes way better than you would expect kale to taste! Yes, ordering a kale salad can be scary because let’s face it, raw kale is bitter. But, Lacinato kale, our salad green of choice here, is super dark, and much more tender than its curly counterpart. Topped with avocado (nature’s butter), apple, raisin, coconut, and house-made candied pecans, this Signature salad will banish all of those kale nerves and leave you filled with more nutrients than you could hope for.

Southwest Salad

Akin to our Southwest Wrap, this salad is far from ordinary! We begin with a bed of crisp, fresh romaine lettuce, and then layer on our black bean and corn salad, wild rice blend, avocado, red pepper, cucumber, and grape tomatoes! Topped off with our oh-so-addictive house-made spicy hummus and tossed with our house-made ranch dressing (which is 100% plant-based of course) the Southwest salad is satisfying, nutrient-dense, and has the perfect zing!
