Whole30 / Paleo

The Whole30 diet is developed to eliminate foods that could be a trigger. The point is to eliminate trigger foods and then slowly reintroduce them after the 30 days to see how the body reacts.

The Paleo diet is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of year ago. It is similar to a plant-based diet except that it allows meat and egg consumption. Both of these diets have similar restrictions as it pertains to Fruitive.

KETO

The Keto diet is a high-fat, low-carb eating plan, which aims to induce ketosis in the body (a metabolic process where the body uses fat instead of carbs for energy). It helps people to shed weight quickly, but is not sustainable as a long-term diet.

RAW VEGAN

The Raw Vegan diet excludes all foods of animal origin. It also excludes any vegan foods that are heated above 118oF. It is rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, and legumes. The reasoning comes for the added nutrient benefits of eating foods that are minimally heated. Many people choose this diet for weight loss, but it can include health risks if it is not planned well.
